چکیده
This paper considers the possibility of increasing efficiency blade processing process by reducing cutting forces during end milling using a modified fluid, which is based on water-miscible fluid. The conditions for effective use coolant in stainless steels were determined, as result there decrease forces, and therefore vibrations, contributes to an increase quality manufactured products. A associated with presence fluid oleic acid containing surfactants, form dense lubricating film surface tool. When mixing special soap solution additionally used, significantly improves solubility, however, over time, separated from total volume tends surface. To ensure homogeneity medium, device has been developed that allows continuous compositions, due impellers differently oriented arrangement blades. save lubricant, research, technology minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) was applied, Noga Minicool device, portionwise (dosed) supply lubricant zone.

15 صفحه اولA Corrosion Study of Grain-Refined 304L Stainless Steels Produced by the Martensitic Process
AISI 304L austenitic stainless steel with different grain sizes of 0.5 -12 μm was obtained through the martensitic process. Corrosion behavior of different samples was investigated in a 0.5M HCl solution using open circuit potential, potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests. Also, the correlation between the grain size and pitting corrosion resistance was as...

17-4PH stainless steel is a martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel that provides an outstanding combination of high strength, good corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties, good toughness in both base metal and welds, and short time, low-temperature heat treatments that minimize warpage and scaling. This valuable alloy is widely used in the aerospace, nuclear, chemical, pet...
متن کاملStrong Bainitic Steels by Continuous Cooling Transformation
Using metallurgical models, three steels were designed to obtain carbide-free bainitic structures in the as-rolled condition. Experimental castings were hot-rolled in a pilot mill and their austenite decomposition kinetics were measured using dilatometry. Tensile and Charpy impact properties were measured and the microstructures were characterised using X-ray diffractometry, optical and scannin...
